Tips: here, the only jellies are in the separated bottom rows. Unlock the keys for the UFO candies to come out. Either they help out removing the jellies or they don't. Do lots of special candies and combos and unlock the stripe candies as well as the candies in bottom. Use the stripe candies with the jelly removal. It is good to have the cream/icing on top removed just to have a clearer, bigger board to do special candies with but it's not necessary. However, the focus is on the the jellies and they need to be removed within 25 moves or less. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
