Tips: here you need to collect 15 stripe candies. Make stripe candies (or stripe +wrapped candy combos) to hit the masked candies in the separated quad in the center bottom. You need to keep doing this so you can collect those 4 stripe candies. Or you can hit the new blocker as well so it'd stop masking the candies here. Or can also do a stripe candy + color bomb combo and you can most likely collect the amount of stripe candies needed in one fell swoop. Otherwise, you will need to make the candies on your own in 30 moves or less. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
