Tips: the first level in the Festive Forest chapter (Episode 94), this one is your classic jelly-clearing level with not a lot of moves to do. Levels like these require only one tip, makes lots and lots and lots of special candies and combos. This should allow you to clear the the cream/icing and jellies at the same time. Give focus to the harder cream and jellies on the top. And hopefully, there would be a bit of cascading effect to help clear things some more.
