Tips: here it is necessary to feed the frog quick and fast so there will be enough moves left to do the locked-up jellies on top. Move the full frog to the top left corner to process the keys.  Once the locks are unlocked, do special candies and combos to remove the jellies. It is also good if some of licorice swirls can be removed so fresh candies can fall from that side as well, making better chances for special candies to appear. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
