Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 56,000 points to complete the level.

1 star: 56,000 points
2 stars: 200,000 points
3 stars: 300,000 points

Tips: make lots of special candies and combos and aim to remove the pies (aka cake bombs) or at least one of them first, IMO. An exploding pie will unlock the UFO candies and process the open keys. Activate the UFO candies so they can help remove the other pie and the jellies especially the ones in the separated places that would be difficult to reach otherwise. After this all the locks should open so just continue removing the jellies until all are gone. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
