Tips: here you need to collect 27 each (tinned) cream/icing and licorice swirls. Make lots of special candies and combos and remove the pies (aka cake bombs). The first pie will remove the tinned cream which will collect them all. This will make the licorice dispensers drop those swirls. The second pie will collect them. Hopefully at that time, everything have been collected. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
