Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 38,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: make lots of special candies and combos and remove the chocolate and the jellies. Try to get to the bottom left as fast as you can remove the chocolate and jellies there. There is a stripe candy dispenser on this side, so take advantage and use the stripe candies to remove the jellies. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
