Tips: here you need to bring down 1 cherry. There is a major boo boo in this level. This is supposed to be a jelly and collect level but there is no jelly here. Anyway, make lots of special candies and combos to remove the cream/icing (that don't have jellies underneath). Make horizontal damage candies to move the ingredient from the separated top left side to the one below then to the right side where the exit. Don't know what the top right side transporters are for. The ingredient never went there. Anyway, see how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
