Tips: make lots and lots of special candies and combos to remove the cream/icing and the jellies. Don't know what the pair of color bombs on top are for as they are pretty much inaccessible. This level can be very tedious so keep removing cream and jellies until all are gone. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
