1 star: 150,000 points
2 stars: 225,000 points
3 stars: 300,000 points

Tips: make lots of special candies and combos and unlock the timed bombs then defuse them. There would be more coming but once the initial ones are done, it should be fairly easy to defuse the others. At this point, 150,000 points should already been reached. Otherwise, continue making special combos with the timed bombs until the point threshold is reached on or before the 25th move. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
